Tregoning & Company’s two adjoining galleries offer spectacular, art-filled settings for meetings, receptions and special events. Spacious wood floors, and 3 - 270° rotating walls allow for different layouts, and the factory’s architecture, recently restored to original finishes, creates one of Cleveland’s most unusual and hip party/event locations.

Year in and year out, we present a diverse range of programs and events here at the gallery, which enables us to share our expertise in helping to customize your event.

Available rental hours are Monday - Sunday 9am to midnight. Hours may vary, depending on the gallery’s own activity/event schedule.

Rental Rates include the use of our service bar area (equipped with a sink, small stove, mini fridge and cooler), countertop prep area and stationary bar for service. Additionally the gallery offers in-house wireless internet, microphone and gallery audio equipment. Ample free parking and valet service are both available.

Gallery Rental Rate:  $150/hr
(3 hour minimum rental on weekends)

These rates do not include food or beverage, entertainment, tax, security, staffing, labor charges, or any other miscellaneous charges incurred.

Services available for additional fees include advertising and/or design (print not included) for events, in-depth guided tours of the galleries and art, given by Bill Tregoning.

Non-profit organizations hosting events at T&Co receive a 20% discount on rental rates.
